DISHES
Our cuisine is the cooking tradition of ethnic Malays of Southeast Asia, residing in modern-day Malaysia. The main characteristic of traditional our cuisine is the generous use of spices & herbs. The other foundation is prawn paste, which is used as a base for sambal, a rich sauce or condiment made from fresh.


Our cuisine is strong, spicy and aromatic, combining the rich tastes of the many herbs and spices. The rules and technics of cooking traditional are applied for the originality tastes.
